a few things to know
Small, Focused Tweaks
Our custom help is designed for small, focused website customizations and troubleshooting, not full site development or ongoing maintenance. If your project is substantially larger than a focused customization, we may recommend a different service or approach.
Project Details Please
Before we begin, we’ll review your request and confirm that it’s something we can reasonably tackle within your 1.5-hour session. If we don’t think we’re the right fit for the project, we reserve the right to decline the request and issue a full refund.
1.5 Hours of Support Time
We’ll use the time as efficiently as possible, but we can’t guarantee that a particular customization will be completed within the session. More complex requests may require additional time, which we’ll discuss with you before doing any further work.
FAQ and Terms

Your purchase includes up to 1.5 hours of support time. If we finish your request early, we'll use the remaining time for related tweaks, troubleshooting, or questions where possible.
Unused time isn't refundable or transferable.

We will need you to grant us Administrator level user permissions for your Squarespace site in order to complete your request.
You can use the built-in permission tools in Squarespace, we will never ask for your password.

We’ll take reasonable care when making changes and will do our best to avoid disrupting your existing site.
However, custom code and website customizations can have unexpected effects, particularly when they interact with existing code, third-party integrations, or future Squarespace updates.
We can’t guarantee that a customization will be compatible with every future change to your website or Squarespace.

Before we make changes to your site, we recommend keeping a copy of any existing custom code and content.
We also recommend making a complete backup copy of your site using Squarespace’s site duplication tool.
You’re responsible for maintaining backups of your website and its content.

We promise to perform the technical work competently as described upon at the beginning of the project.
We’ll work toward the outcome you describe, but some requests may be limited by Squarespace’s functionality, browser compatibility, existing code, or other technical constraints. If we determine that something isn’t reasonably achievable, we’ll let you know rather than continuing to spend your support time on an approach that isn’t going to work.
We do not guarantee any business results including, but not limited to, increased sales, increased customer inquiries, increased web traffic, etc.

Once our session is complete, you’re responsible for managing, maintaining, and making future changes to your website.
We aren’t responsible for issues caused by subsequent edits, third-party services, Squarespace changes, or modifications made by someone else.

Additional time can be purchased in 1.5 hour increments by purchasing the same Studio Heythere Custom Help product on this page.
We reserve the right to stop work on a request that falls outside the scope of Heythere Custom Help.

If your project turns into something substantially larger than a focused customization, we may recommend a different service or approach.
We reserve the right to stop work on a request that falls outside the scope of Heythere Custom Help.

If we make an error while completing the work, we’ll make reasonable efforts to correct it.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Custom Help service.
We aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from the use of or inability to use the customization.
We will not be held liable for any website downtime, lost revenue, or any technical issues that may arise after the project is completed.

Because Custom Help involves reserving dedicated support time, purchases are non-refundable once work has begun.
If we review your request and determine that it's outside the scope of the service, we'll let you know and provide a full refund before any work begins.
