Welcome to Heythere! By accessing our website or purchasing our digital products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our site or purchasing any products.

General Use

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian permission. You agree to use our website and products for lawful purposes only.

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Digital Products & Delivery

All Heythere products are digital downloads and/or digital services. No physical products will be shipped.

Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an invitation link to your Squarespace template which will be delivered as a brand new Squarespace website added to your Squarespace account.

We will do our best to provide the template invitation link within 24 hours, however due to unforeseen circumstances this time frame cannot be guaranteed. If you have not received your template within 48 hours, please contact us here.

Refund Policy

Because our products are digital, all sales are final and we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is complete. We recommend taking a close look at the template demos, features, FAQs, and requirements before purchasing to make sure it’s the perfect fit for your business.

If you have any questions about a specific template, don’t hesitate to contact us—we’re always happy to help before you buy!

Support Policy

We’ve got you when it comes to anything related to your Heythere template—installation, setup, downloads, included files, and troubleshooting template-specific issues.

That said, we’re unable to offer support for general Squarespace platform questions, custom design changes, coding modifications, or issues that may result from third-party software or custom edits.

Support is offered via email through our contact form here, and we aim to respond within 48 hours, Monday–Friday (two business days).

License & Usage

Each Squarespace Template purchased may be used for one website only. If you wish to use the template for multiple websites, you must purchase it again for an additional license.

You may:

  • Use your template for one personal or business website, or one client project

  • Customize it for your own brand

You may not:

  • Share, resell, redistribute, sublicense, or give away the template

  • Claim the design as your own

  • Use the same template across multiple sites without purchasing additional licenses

Payment & Billing

All prices are listed in $USD and are subject to change at any time without notice. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.

By purchasing, you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your selected payment method the total purchase amount.

Disclaimer

We do not guarantee:

  • Website performance

  • Business growth

  • Sales, traffic, or income outcomes

Your results depend on many factors outside our control.

Third-Party Platforms

Our templates are designed specifically for Squarespace 7.1. We are not responsible for:

  • Changes made by Squarespace

  • Platform outages

  • Feature updates or removals

  • Technical limitations set by Squarespace

Your use of Squarespace is also subject to their own Terms of Service.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, templates, guides, tutorials, and materials on this site are the intellectual property of Heythere and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heythere shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Use or inability to use our website or products

  • Errors or omissions in content

  • Website downtime

  • Loss of data, revenue, or profits

All products are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind.

Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate access, or revoke licenses if these Terms are violated.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
